NO REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for any deposited funds once the initial has been approved. Kailua Inc. reserves the right to terminate the contract if necessary, particularly in cases of policy breach or non-compliance. All refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:
We are not obligated to refund funds if the initial consultancy has begun.
No refunds will be given if a client has selected or initiated Kailua’s services.
A deployed and live website is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not applicable for the Custom Packages of Kailua Inc.
